What are the payment options?
Our online payments are transacted through PayPal or Google Checkout, at no point do we see or hold any of your card/payment details. The process is fully automated and 100% secure. All major debit/credit cards are accepted.

Please note that you do not require a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.


How do I Checkout?
You do not need to register with us to place an order or checkout. When proceeding through checkout we will ask you to specify your delivery address, contact telephone number and email address. We use this data for no other purpose than veryfying your delivery address & keeping you informed. We do not share any of your details with any third party company.

 

How long does delivery take?
Delivery in the UK will take no longer then 3 working from dispatch. Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Europe take 3-5 days while other world destinations can take up to 7 days depending on location. Please allow 48 hours before requesting a tracking number. We use Royal Mail unless different delivery options are requested by a customer.

 

What guarantee do feel good offer?
The majority of items we sell are secondhand and as such should be purchased with this in mind. Before you purchase we are more than happy to supply any condition information with supporting images when requested.

 

What if I want to return an item?
If you wish to return your order simply contact us within 7 days of delivery. All we ask is that the product be unused, all of the original packaging is present and in the same condition as it was originally sent from Tink and Burr.
